Nice easy going ride starting from Llandaf fields and then heading to Penarth then Sully and back (via the Captain's Wife).

Using a mix of roads and Taff Trail. Option of a loop of Cardiff Bay depending on how we are all feeling

As this is a chilled out evening ride there is the option of a stop at either the Captain's Wife or somewhere closer to the end of the ride. Please bring any other snacks or drinks you need though

As always helmets are recommended and make sure you have the correct clothing for the conditions.
