CS9 a good thing?

This route is designed so you can experience both: road cycling where you share the road with motor traffic and cycle ride on a cycle superhighway where people on bicycles are fully segregated from the traffic. We will meet outside the Chiswick Post Office at 1 Heathfield Terrace W4 4JF. From here we will be following the route of a planned Cycle Superhighway 9 all the way to Olympia. From Olympia we will carry on towards East-West Cycle Superhighway on West Carriage Drive where we will stop for a coffee and cake . We will then have an option to carry on and cycle back to Chiswick through Notting Hill/ Shepherds Bush or Kensington/Hammersmith. We will finish the ride at Outsider Tart where we can have another coffee and cake (after all we all deserve it). Please have a bicycle in a good working condition, snacks and water, bicycle lights, puncture repair kit or spare inner tube and a pump and wear a helmet.
