About the route
A gentle paced ride to Bournemouth Beach, starting and Finishing at the Inspiring Change Shop in West Howe. The route is approximately 10-11 miles on quiet roads or paved cycle path. Suitable for all ages and most abilities. It is advisable that you can ride for at least half an hour on a bicycle.
Accompanied children under 16 welcome and all adults.
Please brink any food/drink that you may need as well as sunscreen if required.
