Croydon to Shepperton to Kingston upon Thames

Through park after park from Croydon to Kingston and the Crown Passage courtyard tables with a choice of cafes for an alfresco refreshment break at the 14 mile point. On resuming we cross the river and tour Bushy Park before heading past Sunbury on the north bank to cross again to Walton-on-Thames on the south bank for another refreshment break beside the river at the 23 mile point. Then we ride the very leafy Thames Path to Hampton Court and cross Bushy Park to end the ride at Kingston Station. The total distance is 30 miles.

We pass near Shepperton station, which can be an early exit. If you are coming on a road bike you will need at least 28mm tyres, otherwise it is an any bike route.

Please bring water with you and a spare inner tube. If it is sunny and hot bring a hat for shade at our courtyard table in Kingston.

Starting at Queens Gardens CR0 1GY at 10am. Ending at Kingston Station after 30 miles and two lunch breaks. Maybe 4pm. A day not to miss.
