Croydon Arena to Ladywell

If you’re fairly confident on your bike and ready to broaden your cycling horizons, our Steady rides are ideal. At a comfortable pace, and possibly with some modest hills along the way, rides take place on mainly quiet roads with plenty of sights along the way. Rides are between 6 and 20 miles long, at a moderate pace of between 7 and 10 miles an hour. Come and join us, this is a lovely ride for Ladies, a fun leisure ride. This fabulous ride is filled with attractive scenery as we wind our way north toward Ladywell. At just under 10 miles this out and back ride is perfect for those wanting to stretch their legs and get the feeling that you're escaping from the press of the big city! Please dress acording to weather conditions. A Helmet is prefered but not mandatory. Check your bike over before you leave home, i.e. Tyre pressures, brakes, gears, chain and sadle. Bring money incase of emergencies, snacks if you're going to need to top up and ofcourse a drink of some kind.
