Croxteth Hall & Park

Croxteth Hall is situated in a beautiful Country Park setting and is one of Liverpool's most important heritage sites. The Country Park is also home to a real working Home Farm, a Victorian Walled Garden and a 500 acre nature reserve - all open to the public. We will ride two circuits of the 3 mile route around the park, gardens and and forests at a pleasant speed of 8 - 10 mph. We will be riding on concrete paths, dirt tracks and some light gravel. There will be some light inclines and couple of dips. It's a nice easy steady ride for people looking to get back into cycling after the winter break. The main car park entrance is off the roundabout on Dwerryhouse lane & Muirhead Avenue. Postcode L12 0HB. I am a trained British Cycling Sky Ride Social Ride Leader, I look forward to seeing you on the ride. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult on the ride and must wear a cycling helmet. Please check your bike the night before the ride and make sure you bring the basic tools and repair kits and spare inner tubes for your bike.
