Starting from - We will meet by the bike racks, in the car park of Wellington Health and Fitness centre - Access is via Wellington Business Park, not the main college gates. please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the ride is due to start. RG45 7PU
Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

A fairly easy 15 mile route from Crowthorne to Binfield (via Wokingham) with a stop for coffee and a chat at the Foxes Den cafe at 7.5 miles (exactly half way!) We will then return via the bridge over Downshire Way and ride back via Jennetts Park. If you haven't been out on your bike recently, this could be a good chance to get back in the saddle and take part in a small group ride!
We will ride on a mixture of roads, cycleways and a bridleway (with some unsurfaced parts.) There are only a couple of small hills on the route - no major ones.
Cycle helmets are compulsory. Please bring money or card for drink payment at the cafe. Please check your bike the night before, particularly: chain oiled, both brakes working & tyres fully inflated and carry a spare inner tube suitable for your tyre size. With Covid in mind, if you feel unwell, please cancel your place. A mask may still be required for ordering at the cafe stop.
