Women-Only 'Confidence Builder' Got a bike in the garage that haven't used it in a while or who want to feel more comfortable riding? Flat 3 mile route.  Starts in Manston Park, Crossgates. 1 mile road-based, 2 miles on hard-packed pretty country lane.  Crossgates to Manston and back again. Option to stay for a cup of tea in Barnbow Pub afterwards (payable extra). Friendly experienced cycle leader (non-scary I promise!) 45 minutes duration     Your Bike must be in working roadworthy order with tyres pumped up. Suitable for hybrids, moutain bikes, tourers, sturdy road bikes. Helmets optional (although recommended).  Helmets must be worn if under 18.   Other training sessions available and longer rides contact Trina on 07899 891427.
