About the route
An 11 mile circular ride leaving from Crook and heading south on a combination of cycle paths and quiet country roads to the very picturesque cafe at Witton Castle where having a lovely cup of tea will be well deserved, and very reasonably priced. (Please remember to bring some money.)
It’s an ideal ride for women and young ladies wishing to get in a bit more on road experience and explore some of the roads in Weardale in a safe and very chatty group.
