Cricket club coffee

This is a very easy-going road ride, for those who are new to cycling, wanting a relaxing weekend ride, just returning to cycling. We will ride at the pace that is best suited to everyone in the group, usually between 8-10 mph. As leaders we will ensure that no one is left behind, so that all the group can have an enjoyable ride.
We will be riding mainly on quieter country roads to Redbourn, where we stop for refreshments at The Bakery Stop, before our return via the Nicky Line. Please bring a lock for your bike and a bank card as they do not take cash.
Electric assisted bikes are welcome on this ride.
Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can all undertake our bike check together and a briefing about the ride.

Please remember to bring,
Two spare inner tubes for your bike, even if you do not know how to change them, someone in the group will, as well as the appropriate tools (tyre levers)
A waterbottle with a drink in, riding can be very thirsty work.
Cycle helmet, for your own safety.
Appropriate clothing for the weather
A bike lock
A bank card for purchasing refreshments.
