Cramlington Evening Breeze Ride

This ride is aimed at people who work at Thermo Fisher but any women are welcome to join in. We will set off from the industrial estate at 5.30pm, heading to Blyth via Cramlington. We’ll then join the route 1 (Castle2Coast) cycling south of the river Blyth and along the coast. We’ll return back into Cramlington via South Newsham, aiming to be back for 7.30pm. Hopefully the weather will be fine but please bring a water proof jack just in case it rains! We will not be stopping at a pub or cafe so please bring along a drink and snack too.  Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.  We really welcome newcomers to our rides; we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind.
