A wee pedal along NCN1 over the Forth Bridge and along the coast road to Aberdour and Burntisland beyond. Route is fairly close to the railway most of the time, so plenty escapes.
Mostly tarmac, however there are a few sections on woody paths.
We'll stop for lunch in a pub in Burntisland (probably Burntisland Sands Hotel as per CJ's Burnettsland ride)
Please bring a spare innertube it two and a tooling required to remove your wheels.
