Coypool to Tavistock via Sampford Spiney (minimum 10 mph average speed)

This is a challenging ride with a couple of good hills. We start with a gentle ascent to Clearbrook up the trail. The first slightly challenging hill is at Clearbrook then we continue onto Yelverton, Walkhampton, up another hill to Sampford Spiney and onto Tavistock where we will stop for refreshment. After our break we’ll navigate the traffic through the town picking up the trail before we have another challenging hill just beyond Horrabridge then it’s all down hill from Yelverton.
Mostly traffic free cycle trail or quiet B roads with the exception of busier roads in central Tavistock.

Helmets, lights, inner tube are a must. Cafe lock is recommended.
