This route is a tour of the newly refurbished Sowe Valley. The ride follows the traffic-free path to Wyken Croft Nature park before going back the way it came and continuing to Wyken Slough Pool. This route lends itself to bringing a drink and a snack - there's lots of lovely places for a break. Please note, there are some quiet roads near the start and finish, however cycle lanes are utilised on the route wherever possible.
