About the route
A Lovely ride out through the country side . The Ride will be an average speed of between 10 - 12 mph with plenty of straight long country roads to start off our winter training. it is suitable for ladies who are confident riding on the road and want to increase their distance and fitness
Please bring a Spare inner tube, a Drink and some change for a coffee/cake as we shall stop at the visitor centre.
Make sure your bike is fully maintained for safe riding.
