Couch to 20k - Week 3 Ride to Pinner

In this Week 3 route we explore some of the green spaces in the west of Harrow, taking advantage of some off-road paths. We're now up to 15k so you need to be confident pedalling and stopping, with good braking technique and control. You don't need to be able to signal. If you're in doubt about the ride's suitability for you, please message the ride leader. Please check your bike and make sure the tyres are pumped up, the brakes work and the wheels turn freely.
