Ringers ride to Cosmeston Lakes Country Park from Grange Pavilion

We'll access the Taff Trail from the Grange Pavilion then cycle down to the bay, over the Millenium Bridge, up 'the wiggles' into Penarth and along the old railway line cycle path on to Cosmeston Country Park.

We'll be riding along a mixture of traffic free shared cycle and pedestrian paths, with a couple of short stretches on roads. It's a mainly flat, tarmac route, with one hill going up into Penarth, but it's fine to stop for a rest, or get off and push your bike.

We'll have brief stops along the way for optional photos. You can come with any bike, so long as it is roadworthy, so just check your brakes and pump up your tyres beforehand.
There'll be a stop at Cosmeston (approx 30 min) for refreshments, bring your own or purchase from the cafe. Toilets are available.
Then we'll return to the Bay and back to Grange Gardens
