Pass Asda and drive down the road until the bend in the road and an entrance to the trail.
Loads of parking just past the bend in the road, CF14 7YT

Taff Trail from Longwood Drive to Clarence Bridge picking up the Bay Trail which continues the journey around the Bay via Penarth Marina and the barrage. Returning back to the Taff trail after stopping for coffee and cake in the bay
