We will warm up by cruising out of Cot Hill close and ascend up through Woodford abd skirt our way to Crossways and onto Newnham Ind Estate. We will further climb up Langage estate via Chaddlewood on cycle paths. We are now off to Cornwood passing through Sparkwell and Lutton. A pause here before swooping down to the sharp climb up to Uppaton junction and onto the river Erme. We now loop round Ivybridge and head off for coffee/refreshment. It’s the usual way back from Cadleigh to Lee Mill, Smithaleigh and the Ridgeway to our starting point.
