Start at lawns wood school A660 (1.30pm) or fire station top of cookridge hill (1:45). Down towards Bramhope, left via scout camp, over A658 to chevin. Down the other side and left towards Guisely with a wiggle to the multi flight care (hoping we can find it without Gale) after 11.5 miles. The back toward Cookridge and the Lawnswood school(18 miles) Check the evening before - due to weather - may cancel or move start time to get the break in the forecast rain

Start at west park cafe (2pm) or fire station top of cookridge hill (2:15). Down towards Bramhope, left via scout camp, over A658 to chevin.
