Start at lawnswood school or fire station top of cookridge hill (15mins late). Down towards Bramhope, left via scout camp, over A658 to chevin. Down the other side and left towards Guisely with a wiggle to the multi flight care (hoping we can find it without Gale) after 11.5 miles. The back toward Cookridge and the lawnswoodschool(18 miles)

Check the evening before - due to weather - may cancel or move start time to get the break in the forecast rain
