About the route
Starting at the 3Horseshoes at Nissan we join NCR7 at Teal Farm. Continue on NCR7 up to Consett to Hownsgill cafe. Leaving Hownsgill cafe we join Derwent country park heading north into Gateshead joining NCR14. Following this route to The Sage before leaving the River Tyne heading South East through Gateshead along to Heworth & Felling before returning to Washington to the 3 horseshoes pub.
