CONSETT LOOP

steady climb up to Consett on the Derwent walk via Winlaton Mill, Hamsterley Mill, then onto Consett onto the Waskely Way stopping approx 12 miles for a break at Hownsgill Farm Tea Rooms. Then continuing east on route 7, turning off near Beamish and returning to Peddling Squares via Sunnyside and Wickham which is a technical descent of gravel and bumps,
