Conisbrough Mexborough and Sprotbough circular,

a gental ride down the trails and cycle paths of the local area taking in veiws of castles and the beautiful done gorge , perfect for the newbie cyclist as well as those that are a bit more adveturist with opertunitys in places to be a little more daring, few small hills on this rout and a chance to split in half if the miles look a little to much for you at the mow.
nice little coffee van 3 quarters of the way around too.
this rout dose have a secion on hard packed mud witch can get quite wet but is not a problem for the hybrid type of tyres

mainly off road cycle path with some quiet roads

we may stop at kew coffee van and variouse other stops to take photos

helmets are advised please bring spare tube for your bike and a bit of cash / card for the coffee stop
