Car park leads straight onto the cycle path which is flat. We will go as far as the bridge, we will check here whether to go further or not. If we go further this is where we join a small road not much traffic, we will follow this to the main road in Malltreath again a decision will be made as to whether we go further if we do its back on a cycle path up to Newborough forest, which will be the turning point at the car park there,

Early evening ride to build confidence

Mostly on cycle path and a very quiet lane

Stops as and when needed, lots I wildlife to look at on the route

Helmets must be worn, a drink and extra layer as it may get chilly. Snacks if you like as there will be no cafe stop
