Want to make the commute count or just fancy a morning social… jump on the bike bus for a party pace ride into the City Centre and pre work coffee @ Gorilla Cafe, Brindleyplace. Fab morning vibes and lots of bike chat. Breakfast dessert also acceptable!
Meeting outside Gorilla Coffee Cafe, Drayton Road, Kings Heath
Leaving promptly at 7:15am.
What to expect:
> A fun, stress-free ride into the city centre as a group
> Relaxed pace, nobody will be left behind
> Route approx 6miles via a mixture of quiet roads, cycle lanes, shared paths and parks
> Suitable for all bikes
> Arriving by bike you get a discount on your coffee & pastry
> Everyone welcome!
Please note that the ride will finish at Gorilla Coffee in Brindleyplace, participants will then make their own way to work or back home.
This is a great opportunity to meet new people and build your confidence while riding as a group, discover new bike-friendly routes and get tips/advice from other riders.
It’s a good idea to carry the following items:
Water, mobile phone, bike lights, bike pump, puncture repair kit, spare tubes, multi-tool, waterproof jacket and a bank card to purchase coffee/breakfast at the cafe
Dress for the weather, gloves are great all year round and layers are a good idea for chilly mornings
