There is no set route for this session. We will be working on basic bike handling skills and aiming to improve pace through a series of activities and short routes. Examples might include balance, speed, cornering, hills, etc. We will aim to keep the sessions light-hearted and accessible. Sessions will be led by our British Cycling level 1 cycling coach.
No set routes. We will aim to stay away from busy roads as much as possible.
No planned stops
Helmets and a bike in a rideable condition are essential. Please aim to be self sufficient with regards to trail-side repairs an refreshments.
