We will head out through rushbrooke lane along country roads and past Blackthorpe barn, taking in Rougham church and village and on to the Beyton White horse. We will return via Thurston and Moreton Hall.

A short Sunday social cycle out to the Betyon White Horse where we will stop for a comfort break

The area is known for its relatively flat terrain and well-maintained roads, making it accessible for cyclists of all levels. You'll likely see rolling hills, fields, and possibly wooded area

We will stop for a comfort break at the Beyton White horse Fine 17th century timber framed building on village green. Deep well close to main entrance. Disabled toilet. Most of the building dates from the early 19th century, though some of it goes back to 1694 or earlier.

Helmets are essential. it is also advisable as summer is here that your bring water, suncream and sunglasses .
