Coffee at the Cycle Hub

This is a ladies only ride
This ride will be a steady ride to the Cycle Hub, Newcastle, where we will be stopping for a cuppa and a chat.
The Starting point of the ride is outside Monkseaton High NE25 9EQ at 10am However we will pick up riders as follows 10.15am Billy Mill behind the My Shanghai, Coast Road.
PLEASE LET US KNOW WHERE YOU ARE JOINING IF NOT AT THE START OF THE RIDE BY SENDING A MESSAGE VIA BRITISH CYCLING.
The Pace will be 8-9 miles per hour and the ride is for women only led by experienced British Cycling female Ride Leaders.
Ride leaders are volunteers and give up their time for free - if you sign-up then change your mind, please ensure you cancel your place so we know not to expect you.
If the ride is fully booked and you join the waiting list, British Cycling will send an automated email if a space becomes available - then it's first come, first served. Ride leaders do NOT get to see the waiting list.
We will go through a quick briefing at the start of all of the Rides But if you have any questions before then please send a message via British Cycling.
Ensure your Bike is in good working order, bring spare Inner Tube etc, Drink and check the weather re: appropriate clothing.
