Starting from - Meeting on the opposite side of the Dual Carriageway to The Red Lion, Earsdon at 10.15 am.
We will pick up at The Pavilion at 19.30am
we will ride on a series of Waggonways, Cycle Paths and some Roads to the Cheese Farm for a cuppa. Returning via Gosforth to the coast.

Mainly Waggon Ways, Cycle paths BUT there are some Country Roads

We will stop at the Cafe in the Blagdon estate
