Starting in Coatbridge following NCR 75, mostly on tarmac paths with only a few roads to Bathgate. Decide on Sunday where to stop for lunch.
We will cycle through Plains and Caldercruix to Hillend Reservoir which has fab views, there we can have a short stop then we will continue to Bathgate passing through Blackridge and Armadale. There are a few train stations en route so if you don't want to cycle all the way back you can jump on a train... not literally!!
