Coast to Coast (Redcar Stray to Saltburn Loop)

The route will incorporate an undulating journey from the coastal café in Redcar, through Marske, Saltburn, Kirkleatham and nearby woodland area. The route is around 10-12 miles and can be done either way round– depending on wind direction! We will be travelling on-road cycle lanes, traffic free cycle paths, possibly gravelling/uneven bridal ways and woodland tracks. So you can get a feel for everything! Stray Café is open until 6pm, yet there are opportunities for stop(s) around the route to refresh & soak up the views, breath in the sea air. Nearest train station to start point is: Redcar East.
