About the route
If you can ride a bike but would like to develop your technique with improved cornering, gear selection, bike handling, climbing, descending and more, then join me for a series of 6 free coaching sessions at Hicks Lodge. The terrain is not suitable for road bikes. Children are welcome if they come with a participating adult. You can attend all sessions but do not have to - every session will be different though!
