Starting point

G3 6NG

The Scottish Trades Union Congress 333 Woodlands Road Glasgow G3 6NG

Starting from the STUC building, we will be following the cycle path beside the River Kelvin through Kelvingrove and The Botanics, picking up the cycle path on the Forth and Clyde Canal and heading West to Clydebank. There will be a stop for chips at the famous 'Chip Boat' then return on the cycle path following the old railway line through Scotstoun and South Street. Approx. 15 miles. Drinks and banter at 'The Doublet' pub afterwards! The ride is organised by the Glasgow Clarion Club (Fellowship is Life), but all comrades are welcome. The pace will be very easy going and the atmosphere is very friendly. Please bring spare tubes, puncture repair outfit etc. Pump your tyres and lube your chain!
