Let's take advantage of the long weekend and weather.
Start from Ciliau Aeron Square - proceed for Felinfach and instead of going up Bryngolau we will go towards Talsarn then turn right up towards top of Temple Bar (it's another hill challenge).
Then turn for Silian and ride towards Tregaron. At Coxshead option to proceed for next junction or turn here onto the roman road for Stags Head - it's just an extra 3 miles.
Turn left at Stags Head for Llangeithio and lovely nice and flat route back to Ciliau Aeron.
