Previous MTB experience is recommended should you decide to tackle this ride. Longer climbs, tighter singletrack and fast muddy descents – with the odd wet, off-camber, root in place.

Please ensure that your bike is in serviced condition.
You 'may' want to cover your legs as there are a lot of overgrown brambles around at the moment and they do tend to rip you to shreds. This, of course, is optional if you like tingly shins ;)
