National Cycle Route No.136 Called Ingrebourne Way. Starts from Noak Hill and ending at Rainham Marshes, running through Harold Hill, Harold Wood, Harold Park, Cranham, Upminster, Hornchurch, Elm Park and South Hornchurch ending at Rainham Marshes.we will be riding from Central Park car park Harold Hill to hornchurch country park visitors centre and returning back to Harold Hill Under 16 year olds need to be accompanied by an adult and take full
responsibility for them and must wear a cycle helmet at all times.
