Fundamentals of Mountain Biking Ride - New Years fun at Coed Y Brenin

**** This Breeze bike ride is a beginners mountain bike ride, brought to you by a qualified Fundamentals of Mountain Bike Leader. To deliver rides as per the remit of the Fundamentals of MTB Award, I also hold a valid 2 day outdoor first aid certificate. ****

Come and have some xmas fun with Gwenan and I on this Fundamentals introductory mountain bike ride at Coed Y Brenin. This ride will follow the 'Minotaur' blue graded single track route starting from the visitors centre at Coed Y Brenin . If you have enjoyed some introductory rides on forest fire roads and bridleways this route takes you one step further with your mountain biking skills to some easy graded single tracks with some berms, climbs, descents and flow trails. With beautiful scenery and fantastic waterfalls. Just the thing to get you into the Christmas spirit (or to try and help you forget about Christmas maybe!!!!)

We will meet by the visitors centre at the start of the trail at 10.30am and finish at the cafe for coffee and cake!
You will need a hardtail or full suspension mountain bike. . E bikes are welcome. If you don't have a suitable bike , let me know and I will provide one. You will need a helmet, warm full finger gloves and a spare inner tube. Protective glasses are advised .
I would like to encourage lift sharing if possible. I am happy to take up to 4 people and bikes starting from Beics Betws, Betws y Coed LL24 0AD at 9.15am . Please let me know if you will be meeting me there.
