Starting from Trencherfield mill. Free parking on certain section.
Cycling along the Leeds Liverpool canal we head towards Parbold. May be done muddy parts along the way.
We will be stopping for lunch at Yours is the Earth so please bring money.
Helmets are adviiseable & water bottles . Also bring a spare inner tube
