A ride out from Chorley to the village of Rainford, passing along the Rainford Linear Park.

A mixture of quieter roads, cycle routes and cycle tracks.

Lunch stop available at the excellent Bridge House Farm Cafe in Rainford.

Helmets are always a good idea, but NOT compulsory. Please bring the usual emergency tools and puncture repair equipment. Emergency lights or daytime running lights are recommended. Cash or card for the cafe stop.

We never leave anyone behind
