Harrow through to Ricky then on to Chorleywood, Chesham then Chiltern Velo Cafe, return via similar route.

It's the Chilterns, so there will be a fair amount of hills (over 2,100 ft climbing). Pace around 12mph.

Make sure you're properly hydrated.
