This is quite a flattish route, there are a couple of hills but nothing to worry about as we can conquer them. We start at The Bathing Hut Café in St Leonards and cycle along the coast past Norman's Bay, then we cycle inland past Pevensey and out to Chilley Farm, Coming out from the farm we will cycle to Wartling before dropping down to Cooden to pick up the coast path back to St Leonards. We will be stopping at Chilly Farm for refreshments, this is approximately half way round the ride.
