About the route
Start from Chigwell Station and head to Abridge, Stappleford Abbotts before turning towards Lambourne End and then back to Chigwell. Coffee stop en route. The route will be on quiet, hilly roads. Whilst no one will be left behind, a reasonable level of fitness is expected. Please bring a suitable bike, helmet, snack or drink and spare inner tube.
