Starting from - We will start our ride from Bramhope village car park. The car park is on Old Lane next to the tennis courts with toilets and bottle bins on your right as you enter the car park. LS16 9AZ

We will head out from Bramhope up old lane and over the Chevin past the Royalty to Moor top. From there we will head up Carlton Lane and out past the airport to Horsforth. We will weave through Horsforth and Cookridge to Adel where we will stop for a cuppa. We will then return to Adel through Alwoodley and round Eccup.

Mainly quieter estate or country roads with short spells on or crossing busier main roads

We will stop at York Gate cafe in Adrl

Bring layers as weather can be unpredictable, water bottle and lights on your bike
