Chester Ride along the River Dee (as part of the IWA Festival)

Meet at the Fairy Cake Cafe 3 Old Port Square, Chester CH1 4JP at 9.45am for our bike check and off we go along the River Dee all off road and then we shall join the Chester Greenway and make our way back along the canal to the Dee Branch of the canal. Tea and coffee will be served on "Windharp" the canal boat afterwards. Please join us on this lovely ride. below is a liitle about the festival. NATIONAL CAMPAIGN FESTIVAL 2014 It's going to be a spectacular weekend ..... Over the weekend of 7 & 8 June the Branch will be hosting "IWA's National Campaign Festival" which will be held around Tower Wharf in Chester, with the aim of promoting the Dee Branch and highlighting our vision for improved access onto the upper reaches of the River Dee itself.
