Distance 37miles, Cycling time 3hr 40 expect to be out 4 hours ish. Spring riding - bring enough clothing and also front and rear lights NOTE: Distance will be subject to weather - may decrease by a couple of miles,

The route takes us on a mix of waggonways and roads, across to the Northumberland Cheese Farm

There is a short spell on a busy road, but the majority of the ride is on country roads, and waggon ways.

Helmets are advisable, check weather for clothing, bring snacks and drink, as well as spare inner tube etc for your bike.
