Starting point

Corner of Granville Road and Long Lane, there is a Greggs Bakery on the corner, with cycle racks where bikes can be locked

We will cycle along the cycleway next to the A40, east toward Greenford until we get to the Polish War memorial roundabout, then turn right along the cycle path along West End Rd A4180. We will go under the big roundabout and pop up on the B455 Ruislip Rd then turn left into Rectory Park, making our way around the playing fields to Northala Park. We will cross over Kensington Rd and go into Marnham Fields then south along the Greenford Canal towpath. We will cross back over the footbridge into King George’s Field, and come out on Broadmead Rd. Back on the cycle track we will cross over Ruislip Rd and circle the playing fields at Rectory Park, back on to B455 Ruislip Rd, under the big roundabout and retrace our steps back to Hillingdon. We can then have a coffee in Hillingdon if people like. For those who want more, we can do a little loop over through The Drive, then the Harefield Place golf club over the canal through the Buckinghamshire Golf course and over to Denham (all off road).
