The ride heads out to Denham Station where the road then climbs. It continues iof fairly flat roads to a long downhill and then flat to the Rickmansworth lakes where we use a rough path for a short distance to reach the cafe. The return routes through Moor Park, Northwood, Hatch End and back to the start. You can leave the riode at any point but please let the leaderr know.

A shorter ride than usual for an earlier return

We will use quieter residential roads and country lanes. A small amount of off-road. The ride includes some hills.

We will have a refreshment break at the Cafe in the Park close to the Grand Union Canal, Rickmansworth

Please wear a helmet. Bring spare inner tubes and a puncture repair kit. Check the weather and dress according to the conditions. Bring a form of payment for refreshments and emergencies
