Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

The Queen Victoria Monument

Despite totalling just 4.1 miles, this extended loop packs in four of the capital's parks, including the daddy of them all, Hyde Park. Highlights include Buckingham Palace and the Diana Memorial Fountain whilst there's the Serpentine Bar & Kitchen for optional refreshments. Traffic-free, flat and on largely tarmac paths, this route is ideal for all types of bikes and will suit novice riders. 

You could hire a Santander bike from a nearby docking station such as Wellington Park, Hyde Park Corner.

TfL has banned non-folding e-bikes on trains from 31 March 2025.,

All participants are expected to bring:
• A bike in good working order with tyres pumped to the correct pressure. Please conduct a pre-ride safety check on your bike.
• A cycle helmet.
• Dress for the weather on the day.
