Starting from The Elgar centre, Upton county park (meeting under the gazebo)
If arriving by car please use the larger car park to the left of the Elgar centre as the smaller one to the right can be locked without warning

A casual Traffic free cycle path trip from Upton country park to the white water centre billing rd, a loop around Brackmills, lunch at the Uni. Returning via a short section of road before picking up the canal towpath to Swan valley. This is a casual ride under 10 mph suit beginners and those of us who just want a bit of fresh air without breaking into a sweat ! No one will be left behind. Following along the cycle path near the river and returning via the canal towpath

Stopping at the Uni for lunch

Helmets are required. Note, the Uni cafeteria dose not accept cash, you’ll need a card to pay for your food
